Privacy Policy

What happens to my files?

Nothing is uploaded. Ever. All file processing happens 100% client-side using browser APIs — the Canvas API, WebAssembly, the DOM parser, and related technologies. Your files are loaded into your browser's memory and never transmitted to any server.

• Files are processed entirely in your browser tab.
• No file content, filename, or metadata is sent to our servers or any third party.
• Closing the tab discards all file data immediately.
• We have no server-side storage, no cloud uploads, and no processing pipelines.

What information do we collect?

We collect no personal information.

• No cookies are set by this site.
• No user accounts, no login, no email collection.
• No analytics, tracking pixels, or fingerprinting scripts.
• No advertising networks.
• No payment information — all tools are free.

Third-party services

We use a small number of third-party services to deliver the site:

• Google Fonts — We load the DM Sans and Space Mono typefaces from Google's font CDN (fonts.googleapis.com). When your browser fetches these fonts, Google receives a standard HTTP request including your IP address. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Optional codec libraries — The Convert Image tool's "Load Advanced Codecs" button optionally fetches WebAssembly libraries (UTIF, heic2any, @jsquash/jxl) from the jsDelivr CDN. These are only loaded if you click that button. jsDelivr's CDN logs standard HTTP access metadata (IP, user agent) subject to their own privacy policy. No file content is sent.
• Hosting — The site is hosted as a static export. Our hosting provider receives standard web server logs (IP address, requested URL, browser, timestamp) for security and capacity purposes. These logs are not linked to individuals and are not retained long-term.

Cookies & local storage

This site does not set any cookies. We do not use localStorage or sessionStorage to track you across sessions. Any in-browser state (e.g., your current tool settings) lives only in your browser tab's JavaScript memory and is cleared when you close the tab.

Children's privacy

This site does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. Because we collect no personal data at all, there is no special risk to minors.

Changes to this policy

If we ever add server-side processing, analytics, or any data collection, we will update this policy before enabling those features, clearly describe what is collected, and give you a meaningful choice wherever possible.
